Conditions
Payment
Payment must be made no later than six weeks before departure.
All prices in Euro incl. VAT and visitor's tax. Errors and changes excepted.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 61 days before arrival.
From 60 to 31 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
From 30 to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival or if you leave early, we will charge you 100% of the booking price.
Place of jurisdiction: Vienna
A no-show occurs if you do not arrive at the agreed time, do not cancel the reservation, or your late arrival was not communicated. In this case, the service association reserves the right to claim the full travel price.
Miscellaneous
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Please note that we accept bookings for the summer season in writing from January each year.
If you want to book less than four nights, we have to charge a small surcharge. We will be happy to inform you about this by telephone on +43 1 534 54-274.
